Roland Michael Sounders, Sr. (born 11 March 1934) is pure-blood wizard and a member of the House of Sounders (SSK). He is the younger brother of Rodger Sounders (SSK) and the second born son of Michael Sounders (SSK) and Delenn Sounders. He played a part in both Wizard wars as a member of the Order of the Phoenix. He attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where he was sort into Gryffindor. After graduating, he joined the Ministry of Magic in the Department of the Unspeakables, eventually rising to the position of Department Head. Twice married, he is the father of Byron Sounders (SSK) with his first wife and Roland Sounders, Jr. and Katrina Sounders with his second.
