Roger Drocker (b. 1994) attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry from 2005 to 2012, and was sorted into Gryffindor. In his fourth year, he and two other Gryffindors singled out Violet Parkinson for harassment, and was warned off by Teddy Lupin.
On Parkinson's birthday on 30 October 2009, Drocker and his friends ambushed Violet in the seventh-floor corridor, having been alerted to Violet's whereabouts by Chloe Grey, and proceeded to spellotape her to the Slytherin points-hourglass, upside down to expose her underwear, in the Great Hall. Parkinson refused to identify Drocker as her attacker to Professor Longbottom, but Drocker and three of his friends were later found naked and bound in the boys lavatory.
After the institution of the Zero Toleration Policy in January of 2010, a search of Gryffindor Tower revealed a collection of Muggle magazines in Drocker's possession. Megan Lewis nearly fainted when they were discovered, and Professor Longbottom burned them.
