Lucretia Prewett (née Black) (30 Sept. 1925–1992) is a minor character in the Epithalamium series by Squibstress.

Biography

Lucretia Prewett (née Black) was born on 30 September 1925, the second child of a pure-blood couple, Arcturus and Melania Black (née Macmillan).

She attended Hogwarts from 1937 to 1944, where she was sorted into Slytherin. Lucretia joined the duelling club in her third year and proved a talented duelist. She reached the semi-finals of the Hogwarts Dueling Championship in her sixth and seventh years.

In 1950, she married Ignatius Prewett, and the couple had no children. She died of Splinching in 1992 after an argument with her sister-in-law, Walburga, left her too distraught to concentrate on her Apparition.
