Lucius Malfoy's Walking Stick was a family heirloom given to Lucius upon his graduation from Hogwarts by his father. Malfoy was quite pleased with the stick, and used it as a symbol of his power and influence. In 1979, when Malfoy recieved the Ebon Wand from Walburga Black, he had the stick retooled to incorporate the wand into it.
When Malfoy was incarcerated by the Ministry of Magic, the walking stick was confiscated and destroyed. The wand portion, however, eventually came into the possession of the Parliament of Kinnimoore.
