This is a list of Nicaean monarchs, that is, rulers of the Kingdom of Nicaea since its foundation in 1796 after the Nicaean Revolution and subsequence independence from the Ottoman Empire.

Traditionally, the line of Nicaean monarchs is held to begin with Stephanos I Anemas, the first Doux of Nicaea, having been granted the position and title upon reaching majority by his father, the Roman Emperor Andronikos III Palaiologos. The Anemids who ruled over the Beylik of Anatolia are also regarded by both the Nicaeans and the Nicaean constitutions as part of the royal line of succession. This also follows the thought of Translatio imperii, adopted by post-independence Nicaean philosophers and historians, which later became the official policy of the Nicaean government itself:

Much like the structure of the kingdom itself, the title of all post-independence monarchs of Nicaea was based on that of the late Byzantine/Roman Emperors. The short, official style of the Nicaean monarch was "X, in Christ the God, faithful King and Autocrat of the Nicaeans, Despot of the Romans".

From the foundation of the Theme of Nicaea to the coronation of the current reigning monarch of the kingdom, Nicaea had a total of 24 rulers.
