Dil Seyum (born 6E 698) was an Walking Islander native to Aabor who became a member of the High Council of the Great Kingdom of Arcadia. In contrast with the other councillors, Seyum was not of noble origin, being instead the middle son of a family of fishermen. He attracted the attention of Zenolia when he rescued a young Cyrellon after the prince had been kidnapped during their visit to Aabor.
He was then taken to Tor Arcatar, where he fell under the tutelage of Entana, the Royal Majordomo. Dil was quickly revealed to be a skilled orator and steward, and quickly rose in the court. Eventually, he was appointed as Keeper of the Private Wardrobe by Zenolia, which made him a member of the High Council, granting him the title of prince-councillor.
