Casimir Walsh was a citizen of the island nation of Kinnimoore. He is notable for having served as the Chief Forester of Kinnimoore from 1938 to 2007. He was highly popular while he held this position, having instituted several successful conservation programs, including the Unicorn Preservation Initiative and the Felling Restriction Act. He stepped down from the post of Chief Forester in 2007, and was replaced by his son, Adric Walsh. He died several months after entering retirement.
Walsh is also noticeable for being one of the few animagi born on Kinnimoore. He had the ability to transform into a moose.
