The Biological Transportation Administration is a division of the Office of Transportation of the Department of Magical Affairs. The Biological Transportation Administration is responsible for regulating the use of all magical creatures used for transportation within Wizarding America. It ensures that all creatures have been licensed, vaccinated against disease, and have the proper anti-Muggle concealment charms in place.
