Arabella "Belle" Sounders (nee Larkin) (born 1946) is the third wife of Rodger Sounders and the mother of his middle child, Abigail. She and Rodger initially began their relationship in the 1970s and that union produced to a daughter, but they never married. She and Abigail spent most of their lives running a theatre that has been the site of numerous wizard plays over the years. Abigail currently runs the theatre following her mother's retirement in 2005.
She and Rodger were reunited during the Second Wizarding War and began a new relationship and marry in 2005. The couple currently lives in Spellcaster Manor.
